[Report] Hebei COVID-19 outbreak rattles nerves as vaccines start to roll


In late December and early January, the slow drip of occasional and limited coronavirus outbreaks in China became a steady stream. Now, a major outbreak in Hebei province has led to hundreds of cases (and counting). Hebei’s capital, Shijiazhuang, is now under a precautionary lockdown of an intensity not seen since the lockdown of Wuhan was lifted last year.
